Welcome
Over 2 days in October 2012, more than 400 delegates from the health, education and human services sectors, came together in Melbourne to explore how we can improve the implementation of policies and programs to more effectively deliver better health, education and wellbeing outcomes for Australia.
In organising the event, the Parenting Research Centre (PRC) and the Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth (ARACY) worked with some of Australia’s leading researchers, policymakers and service provision organisations in these sectors towards ensuring that, in “making change happen”, we also ensure that the “change we want... is the change we get”.
For a wrap up of the conference, this site host’s presentation downloads (day 1 - day 2) and photographs (day 1 - day 2) from across the whole program and video recordings from Plenary Speakers for your viewing.
With 97% of delegates keen to attend next time, we look forward to announcing our plans for the 2nd Biennial Australian Implementation Conference in 2014 later this year. If you are not already on our mailing list, please subscribe today for updates and news about the conference, and to found out how you can connect with the Australian Implementation Science community we are building.
